Totally Workwear is designed to attract motivated dynamic owner/operators who are grouped together under a common brand name – providing Workwear, Associated Products and Workwear Services, primarily to a localised community.
A Totally Workwear Operators owns and runs their own business, operating under the Totally Workwear banner, brand name.
Operators are licensed to operate under the Totally Workwear name for 5 years with a 5 year option to extend. The licence Agreement serves to protect the integrity of the Totally Workwear Brand Name, protect the existing operators and sets guidelines for activities such as Advertising, Promotions and the potential sale of the business.
The Totally Workwear Opportunity is for Operators that are adept at running a Retail/Service Business.
Operators should possess experience or skills in Small Business Management, Administration and Computer Skills.
Operators need to be motivated and able to work both Retail Trading and Business to Business dealings, such as providing credit accounts, monthly statements, written quotes and value added services.
Totally Workwear Operators may also choose to tender for business, as this is invariably how ‘larger’ parcels of business can be won.
Successful Operators grow their business beyond the Retail base through canvassing potential prospects over the phone, by mail and even with fulltime sales/service representatives that travel outside the retail premises.
Data collected over past years shows that Totally Workwear customers can be categorised into two segments:
Retail / Cash Customers – this covers walk-in, phone-in, log-in traffic from individuals, trades people and small businesses, clubs and organisations.
Company Account Customers – usually larger organisations where our operators offer a 30 day credit facility.
It is reasonable to expect approximately an equal share of income from each type of business.
Totally Workwear is not a retail store where you open the door and “hope someone will come in” – Our stores are as much a commercial showroom as they are a retail store.
The Totally Workwear customers are many and varied and cover the needs of Tradespeople, through to Business Casuals / Promotional products, such as Caps and Polos, Corporate Apparel and Specialised Workwear / Footwear – such as Chef’s wear and Steel Capped Boots.
From manufacturing to Trade service businesses, from local government to retail businesses, from Hospitality to Sporting Clubs – Totally Workwear is the Workwear / Uniform ‘Category Killer’.
